Connect your Seller Central account once. Vuuv imports every sale, fee, refund, and adjustment from Amazon SP-API, categorizes each line item for your taxes, and builds a year-end packet your CPA can file from.
No credit card required. Setup takes 60 seconds.
No spreadsheets. No settlement CSV wrangling. No guessing which Amazon line item goes where on your taxes.
One click takes you to Amazon Seller Central where you authorize Vuuv to read your financial data. Amazon issues a secure refresh token. No passwords, no credentials, no screen scraping.
Every sale, FBA fee, referral fee, storage charge, refund, adjustment, subscription, and shipping line item is pulled from SP-API and categorized for your taxes. Review the pending queue, approve, or bulk import.
At year end, one click generates your Schedule C with every Amazon expense on the right IRS line, plus 1099-NEC forms for contractors and a complete PDF packet for your CPA.

Review before import
Every imported Amazon event lands in a pending queue. You decide what gets booked into your accounting records. Vuuv never edits your books without your approval.
Not another analytics dashboard. A bookkeeping and tax platform built for the IRS.
Sales, fees, refunds, and adjustments import from Amazon's Finances feed and categorize automatically. No settlement CSVs to reconcile.
Generate your full Schedule C with every Amazon expense on the correct IRS line. File it yourself or hand it to your CPA.
Track contractor payments throughout the year. At tax time, generate 1099-NEC forms in IRS FIRE format plus recipient PDFs.
One PDF with Schedule C, depreciation schedule, mileage log, balance sheet, and a full audit trail. Ready for your accountant.
Every transaction, category change, and edit is timestamped and preserved for IRS compliance. If you are ever audited, the paper trail is built.
Run Amazon alongside eBay, your bank, and credit card accounts. One unified ledger, separate books per business.
Start a transaction on your phone at the warehouse, finish it on your laptop at home. Real-time Firestore sync keeps every device current.
We only request Finance and Accounting plus Inventory and Order Tracking roles. No buyer PII. No addresses. No restricted data. Ever.
Trigger a fresh sync any time from the Amazon page. Vuuv also pulls the latest events automatically when you open the app.
Minimum SP-API roles
Vuuv requests only Finance and Accounting plus Inventory and Order Tracking. We do not request any PII-restricted roles.
No buyer data
We do not read buyer names, emails, shipping addresses, phone numbers, or any personally identifiable order information.
Disconnect and delete
Revoke Vuuv from Seller Central at any time, or click Disconnect inside Vuuv to delete all tokens and synced data in one step.
Vuuv uses Amazon's official SP-API (Selling Partner API). You authorize Vuuv once through Seller Central, and Amazon issues us a secure refresh token tied to your seller account. We never ask for your Amazon password. You can revoke access at any time from your Seller Central app settings or disconnect from within Vuuv.
Vuuv requests only the Finance and Accounting role plus the Inventory and Order Tracking role. That means we can read your financial events (sales, fees, refunds, adjustments, shipping, tax, subscription charges) and your order summaries. We do not access buyer names, shipping addresses, email addresses, or any restricted personally identifiable information.
Yes. Vuuv imports financial events from both FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) and FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) channels. FBA-specific fees such as FBA Fulfillment, FBA Storage, and FBA Long-Term Storage are categorized automatically. FBM shipping income and shipping costs are separated so your Schedule C lines stay clean.
Vuuv supports the North America region (amazon.com, amazon.ca, amazon.com.mx), Europe region (amazon.co.uk, amazon.de, and the other EU marketplaces), and Far East region (amazon.co.jp). Pick your region during the connection flow and Vuuv routes every API call through the correct endpoint.
Vuuv replaces QuickBooks for most Amazon sellers. Vuuv imports every Amazon financial event natively and maps it to the correct Schedule C line, so you skip the extra tooling. Vuuv does not replace your CPA. Most of our sellers keep their CPA and hand over the year-end tax packet Vuuv generates at filing time.
Vuuv pulls the latest Amazon financial events on demand from the Amazon page, and it automatically syncs when you open the app. A full backfill runs when you first connect. You can trigger a manual sync at any time from the Amazon page.
